We reserve the right to make modifications or update these Terms and by continuously accessing this Site, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by such modification and updates.

When you decide to use this Site, we appreciate comments and feedback about your experiences with us and your suggestions about how to improve this Site. When you choose to purchase or order products from this Site through the Domino’s Online Ordering, we receive and store personal information from you such as your name, e-mail address, telephone numbers, fax number, mailing address including your credit card number, expiration date and all other relevant information necessary for credit card verification. The information will allow us to process or fulfill your product order and notify you of the status of such order. We may likewise use the information to send you latest updates about our company, events and product promotions. If you do not wish to receive this information, please advise us immediately.

We will not collect or store any information unless you deliberately furnish us such information. All personal information generated through this website will be used to ensure your orders are processed efficiently in accordance with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

We may also collect demographic information such as your zip code, age, gender, preference, internet and favorites. If you provide us with demographic information, your responses are kept confidential and used for internal marketing and statistical purposes only.
We do not share the information we collect from you with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will not sell or trade or rent your personal information to outside parties other than 3030 DPP Express, Inc.

These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. The laws of the Republic of the Philippines will govern these Terms (without giving any effect to the principles of conflict of laws) as such laws are applied to contracts entered and to be performed entirely within the Philippines by its residents. Any action to enforce these terms and conditions will be brought in the Philippine courts presiding in Mandaluyong City, and all parties expressly agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of such courts.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Domino’s Philippines, 3030 DPP Express, Inc. and its sponsors, affiliates, content providers, related entities, officers, directors, employees, attorneys and agents, from and against any and all damages, claims and actions brought by you or any third party resulting from your use of the site in violation of these terms or the infringement by you of any intellectual property rights of any person or entity.

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

 Products and services offered at the Domino’s Pizza Online Ordering portal are available as long as they are on stock. You will be notified thru a call or via an email for orders which cannot be fulfilled indefinitely or for the time being. Not all products and services are available in all geographical regions.

Products purchased from the Domino’s Pizza Online Ordering portal are fresh and in good condition in accordance with the quality the Domino’s Pizza is known for. Each time we deliver your order, we ensure that your recipient thoroughly inspect the product prior to receiving it. If upon inspection, the recipient finds that the product has defects or is not in good order and condition, then, do not accept the item and return it to the Domino’s store / personnel for immediate refund or replacement. In case, your recipient received an order and finds that the product has defect or is not in good order and condition, you must send us an email at customercare@dominospizza.ph or call our Domino’s  line at 997-3030 within 12 hours.

Domino’s Pizza’s Online Ordering portal product prices and charges are all in Philippine peso.

The product price list in this site reflects the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Prices are frequently updated and subject to modification without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and determine if sale pricing will apply.

Information at the site may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time (including after you have submitted your order) without prior notice. Please note that such error or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing and availability. In the event of a pricing error, we will provide you with the following options: (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information, or (2) to cancel your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any error or inaccuracy, you may return the product as an incorrect or defective item.

These terms and other rules and regulations posted on the site, which are hereby incorporated as if set forth fully in these terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to your use of and material available through the site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals between you and us with respect to this site. Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

In the event that any provision contained in these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to any law, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these terms or your use of this site. The waiver by us of one breach or default under these terms shall not constitute the waiver of any subsequent or other breach or default.


Domino’s Pizza guarantees products purchased is fresh and in good condition in accordance with the quality Domino’s Pizza is known for. If you or the person receiving the order is not 100% satisfied, we will have your product replaced if you will inform and return it to us (with its original packaging) within 30 minutes upon receipt of the product on the premise that the quality of product is unsatisfactory (damaged, spoiled, with foreign objects).

We will not replace the product which you have received once the customer has signed the acknowledgement receipt. Signing the acknowledgment receipt means acceptance of the product as good, meets the product and quality standards and order is correct.

If you would like to reject the order, you can request for a refund. A formal email should be sent to: customercare@dominospizza.ph. Details of the order should also be stipulated in the email: date and time of purchase, the store where the product was purchased, a copy of the receipt and photo of the item should also be attached in the complaint email. The formal complaint should be sent 12 hours upon receipt of the item. This complaint will then be evaluated and an investigation will be done by the Management of Domino’s. After reviewing the complaint, the Management will then decide if the items ordered will be replaced or refunded.

Note: Delayed and/or non-delivery due to unforeseen events like typhoons, floods, earthquakes, and road accidents are excluded from replacement.


Customer cannot change his/her order 18 minutes from confirmation with the customer service representative.

Change of order refers only to adding items to the order. No deduction or removal of items will be allowed. If customer wishes to add additional items in his/her order the customer will have to pay the additional amount through cash payment upon delivery.

 By changing the order, this, this means that the order will no longer arrive within the guaranteed delivery time.

If the customer would like to add to his/her order after 18 minutes or if the order has left the store, then customer will have to place a new order and meet the minimum delivery fee of Php 300.00 plus our delivery charge of Php 40.00


Domino’s Pizza reserves the right to reject cancellation of orders beyond the required lead-time, as such:

  • If the customer cancels an order 18 minutes before the scheduled delivery/pick-up date, the customer will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total purchase price or of the actual cost (damage) incurred, whichever is higher; or
  • If the customer cancels an order within or 18 minutes of the scheduled delivery/pick-up date, no refund will be made.
  • Customer is only given 3 minutes to cancel their order from the time the customer service representative puts down the phone. The order can no longer be cancelled after 3 minutes.

 Note: Customers will be charged back by the bank once cancellation is made.

Delivery at the designated time: call to the chosen store to cancel your order 30 minutes before the time your order is delivered

If you choose CARRY-OUT:
Carry-out Now: call to the chosen store immediately to cancel your order
Carry-out at the designated time: call to the chosen store to cancel your order 15 minutes before the time your order is picked up


Customers must order a minimum of Php 300.00 worth of Domino’s Pizza products/packages and will be charged an additional Php 40.00 for delivery.  Domino’s Pizza has the right to accept or reject orders if the delivery area is not within the Retail Trading Area of our stores.

All orders will be accepted daily from 10:00 A.M. until 1-hour before store closing. Our lead-time in preparing your order is 30 minutes. 30 minutes will start on the following premises:

  • When the customer service representative confirms your order over the phone.
  • Once we receive a confirmation of your payment.

If the recipient is not available once delivery has been made, we will leave the products/packages with any member of the family/close relative or neighbor residing in your area provided he/she could present an authorization letter with a copy of valid ID and email confirmation or transaction number.

  • If the customer is not available and no other person is available to receive the product on his/her behalf, no refund will be given because he failed to cancel within prescribed time.

If our delivery is late is does not mean that the product is free. We can only provide you a free pizza coupon only.

If there are items missing in the order or order is incomplete, no refund will be given. We will return to you to complete our orders.
